«Que» = «If»?

I’m seeking help from both Spanish and English speakers here, and I think non-native speakers of either language will probably be able to shed just as much light on the subject as native ones.

Tengo un problema con in the list y on the list y he pensado en los amigos de este café. Ejemplos:
–If the item that you require is not in/on the price list, please contact us. (Si el producto que necesita no está en la lista de precios, por favor, contacte con nosotros).

Puedo imaginarnos/Nos puedo imaginar/Nos imagino viviendo aquí.
Esta parece ser la única traducción posible de imagine someone doing something para los traductores de un programa canadiense de reforma y venta de viviendas (Tu casa a juicio/Love it or list it: Wikipedia) que se emite en una cadena de televisión española.

Diminutives
Hello people,
I’m just musing here, not really looking for any answers, but maybe you’ll have some comments.
When I first started learning really basic Spanish (more than 40 years ago), I was told that a diminutive suggested that something was small. So, a «mesita» was likely to be smaller than a «mesa». OK. Fair enough.
